Help & Guide

How the Human After All Prize works.

This guide walks you through the entire entry — from the first verification email to the moment a decision lands in your inbox. We tell you what we do with your work, how decisions are made, what you will get back, and where the limits sit. Read it once before you submit and you will know what to expect.

Step 1

Submission & review

From verifying your email to the upload itself — what each field means, what file types we accept, what happens during the scan, and what shows up in your inbox.

Step 2

How decisions are made

The four things every entry is checked against, what each review outcome means (approve / flag / follow-up / reject), and who decides.

Step 3

What you get back & when

Confirmation email, reference code, SHA-256 fingerprint, decision email, optional gallery publication, and the 1 November 2026 winner announcement.

Step 4

Limits, privacy & rights

What is not allowed, the AI-disclosure rule, who can see your work, and how to ask us to remove your data.

The short version

  • Verify your email — we will not accept an upload until the address is confirmed.
  • Submit your work — title, category, description, main file, optional supporting file. You can disclose AI assistance; that does not disqualify you.
  • Wait for review — files are virus-scanned automatically, a human moderator then approves, flags, requests follow-up, or rejects.
  • Get a decision email — approved entries may be published to the gallery for public voting.
  • Winner announced 1 November 2026.
