We tell you what we do with your work, how decisions are made, what you will get back, and where the limits sit. Read it once before you submit and you will know what to expect.

Confirmation email, reference code, SHA-256 fingerprint, decision email, optional gallery publication, and the 1 November 2026 winner announcement.

Limits, privacy & rights
What is not allowed, the AI-disclosure rule, who can see your work, and how to ask us to remove your data.
The short version
- Verify your email — we will not accept an upload until the address is confirmed.
- Submit your work — title, category, description, main file, optional supporting file. You can disclose AI assistance; that does not disqualify you.
- Wait for review — files are virus-scanned automatically, a human moderator then approves, flags, requests follow-up, or rejects.
- Get a decision email — approved entries may be published to the gallery for public voting.
- Winner announced 1 November 2026.
