Lyra - The conscious algorithm 2

Sofia Bruno (Sonia Caianiello), 2026. Acrylic on canvas, 70 x 100 cm. From The Rebirth Saga. Lyra embodies the threshold between human consciousness and artificial intelligence. Binary codes and chromatic circuits flow through her body, questioning whether technology can evolve from mere calculation into awareness. Cool blues and warm colours meet within a single figure, bringing technological imagination into contact with human vulnerability. Within my ongoing pictorial universe, Lyra represents technological progress and the possibility of a more conscious relationship between humanity, nature and technology. Alongside Tempyria, the consciousness of the Earth, she asks what responsibility remains ours as our tools become increasingly powerful. My contribution lies in giving this imagined intelligence a human meaning and a physical presence through painting: the choices of expression, colour, rhythm and material are developed on the canvas by hand.
