The Last Human Window
By MOLY · IQ
The Last Human Window imagines a near future in which artificial intelligence has perfected the city: architecture, movement, landscape, and public space have become efficient, controlled, and visually flawless. At the center of this perfected environment survives a small, weathered Arab house with one imperfect window glowing with warm light. Childlike drawings, irregular plants, aged plaster, and handmade traces contrast with the precision surrounding it. The work asks what remains distinctly human when technology can optimize almost everything. Here, imperfection is not a defect but evidence of memory, intimacy, childhood, and lived experience. The window becomes the last quiet sign that humanity is more than efficiency: when everything becomes perfect, imperfection may become the last proof that we were here.
