Cyborg Dove

Cyborg Dove explores the relationship between humanity, technology, cultural memory, and the possibility of peace. A human maker works on a mechanical dove while a holographic globe emerges from it, bringing a futuristic technological form into dialogue with elements of Indonesian cultural and rural life. The dove evokes peace, while its mechanical body represents technological possibility. Rather than presenting technology as a replacement for humanity, the work asks how human intention and values can give technology a meaningful direction. The work reflects my broader practice of combining AI-assisted image creation, digital relief techniques, personal visual material, and narrative storytelling. The final image is shaped through human decisions about concept, visual elements, composition, symbolism, and transformation into the finished relief artwork.
