Door Pareidolia

Door Pareidolia began with a worn mark I noticed on my own wooden door. Its irregular shape suggested a living presence without becoming a definite figure. I developed this observation into an AI-assisted artwork, preserving the ambiguous yellow form against the brown surface. The work explores how human perception turns an ordinary mark into meaning. It invites viewers to discover their own associations while leaving the form unresolved. My creative starting point was the act of noticing, followed by choosing what to develop and what to preserve.
