The Architecture of Being
By AWE by Haris Delic · SE
The Architecture of Being transforms a monumental inhabited interior into a human face. Galleries, stairways, balconies, artworks and crowds become parts of a larger identity, suggesting that the individual is never an isolated form but a structure shaped by countless experiences, relationships and choices. Human figures move through this enormous face without fully perceiving the whole to which they belong. The work explores the tension between human identity and increasingly complex systems capable of constructing representations of us. From a distance there is a face; from within, there are only people, spaces and individual lives. The work asks whether technology can reproduce the appearance of humanity while the meaning of being human continues to emerge from experience, choice and consciousness.
