The second hand
By Mohamed Abo Aziz · EG
The real hand is warm. It carries a lifetime in its skin. The machine's hand is light. It carries nothing. But they are touching. They are interlaced. You cannot tell where one ends and the other begins. This is not a warning about the future. This is a portrait of the present. We are already mixed. The question is not whether the machine can imitate us. It is whether we can still recognize ourselves when it does.
