Where the Light Takes Root
By Usamiko · JP
Where the Light Takes Root explores how a person can reshape after rupture, carrying traces of experience into a new structure. Circuits, flowers, and light grow across the figure as parts of the same living system. The circuitry suggests memory, logic, and accumulated experience; the flowers suggest renewal and continuity; and the surrounding ring evokes an ongoing cycle of reconstruction. The work imagines technology becoming intimate enough to coexist with human sensitivity, while each trace remains part of what the person becomes.
