The Copy — Film Description Set in 2045, The Copy follows Mona, a woman with cancer who decides to create an AI copy of herself to preserve her memories, identity, and connection with her eight-year-old daughter, Raha. While her husband, Arman, struggles with the ethical consequences of this decision, Mona undergoes a memory-transfer process that brings her digital counterpart to life. But as the copy begins to awaken, a deeper question emerges: if an artificial being possesses someone's memories, voice, and appearance, does that make it the same person? Or is consciousness something that cannot be copied? The Copy explores identity, motherhood, mortality, artificial intelligence, and the fragile boundary between human life and digital existence.
