Unconditional Love

An android embraces a doll, enacting a gesture of maternal tenderness. Both figures are artificial, yet the scene evokes a recognisably human emotion. The work explores the boundary between reproducing human behaviour and experiencing human feeling. Can a machine express love, or merely imitate its visible form? AI can generate images, but their meaning emerges through human experience and interpretation. Here, the artist uses an artificial image to question what remains distinctly human.
