One Choice

One Choice explores what remains human when artificial intelligence can generate almost endless visual possibilities. A solitary person sits before a vast gallery of imagined worlds, representing the abundance of images a machine can produce. On the floor, a small hand-drawn landscape represents a different kind of creation: a deliberate human choice. The work asks whether creativity is only about producing something new, or whether it is also about deciding what matters. AI can generate countless possibilities, but a human can select one, reject another, connect it to personal meaning, and give it purpose. The contrast between the enormous digital gallery and the simple pencil drawing reflects this tension. The machine offers infinite possibilities; the human gives one possibility meaning through intention and choice.
